Wow do we love this trade show rental display! It features a main graphic tower built of a solid aluminum frame structure hidden behind seamless printed sintra mural panels. It holds a wall mounted HD LED TV and provides plenty of internal storage. The smaller printed graphic rental tower is built the same and offers rental glass shelving for product display. The curved graphic printed headers offer great visibility without the cost of rigging a hanging sign. The rental glass display cases are easily customizable to fit your graphic needs with printed sintra panels and offer a secure place for additional product display. The rental meeting furniture is shown here in white for a nice clean look and the white leather rental lounge furniture offers a comfortable place for networking with booth visitors. The printed graphic rental reception counter also provides lockable storage with an internal shelf and plenty of space to display your company logo or eye catching printed graphic. The plush loop pile rental carpet is one of many standard rental colors that helps this booth stand out and compliment the design. Rental 1702 Specna

Specna Arms is a Poland based manufacture of airsoft rifles and accessories to airsoft training and competition. Specna arms is not just a manufacture but also the organizer of a community that puts on competitions and events throughout Poland and Europe.

Specna had secured a booth space at the Las Vegas shot show and found Exhibit People by conducting a Google search for exhibit rental companies in Las Vegas. They came to us with a concept design, which was helpful to let us know what they wanted to include in the booth and in some ways, the importance of each element they were planning for the booth.

We first attempted to duplicate their design but in the process quickly realized that we had some ways to give them a better solution that was more in line with our materials and expertise. We proposed this improved custom rental booth design with back wall and side walls that were printed and had integrated slots to accept slot wall fixtures. This allowed us to offer them a lot more product display real estate on the back wall and the sidewalls and to do it in a way that kept the focus on the products and not on the display.

Continuing with this theme, we were able to create a smart looking back wall meeting table and a matching tower for Specna to display their product lines of gloves. The locking rental glass display counter completed the solution serving as both a display case for smaller products and a reception counter for the booth space.

We chose a dark wood vinyl rental flooring to complement Specna’s graphics and color scheme and contrast against their bold white logo and text.

With Specna’s product fully loaded in the display case on the back wall on the side walls and on the glove tower, this booth looked spot on!

Rental 1764 Skeletal

Skeletal Dynamics is a company that designs and manufactures bone plates for doctors and hospitals. Skeletal has been a long time client originally buying large hanging signs to go over an existing booth structure. Later they began ordering custom glass display cases with pull out drawers to perfectly display their small bone plates and keep them easily accessible for attendees to touch and feel.

Overtime, as needed, they’ve also rented complete trade show rental booth solutions from us for the smaller shows or when they have a conflict between two shows going on at the same time.

For this booth Skeletal dynamics had reserved a 10×30 booth space at the AAOS medical device show. The management team was very partial to having backlit graphics. In addition to graphic messaging, skeletal dynamics always uses the custom glass display cases we designed and built for them years ago, along with LED TVs to loop videos showing products and medical procedures.

For this 10×30 booth space Exhibit People designers came up with a clever way to join to display cases with a mounted face graphic to create one larger main counter with larger Skeletal branding. This allowed the back wall image to be more focused on product and messaging. For the back wall we used one of our backlit light-boxes as a center focal point and integrated flanking solid white wall sections with LED TVs mounted on both ends. Skeletal had provided the flooring and the display counters, which they own, and the LED TVs which they own, and used in their larger booth.

Exhibit People provided a design to organize this group of components into a balanced custom looking rental solution. Our design, included the back wall with the center light box and the flanking white walls. This is a super example of re-purposing existing booth property while adding trade show rental booth property to make the most of a specific booth size.

Rental 1821 Harmony

Harmony is an international company based in the UK providing CBD products to outlets around the world. Harmony found Exhibit People by conducting a Google search for trade show rental company in Las Vegas.

Harmony liked the designs on our website but needed us to do something a little different for them. They had two sister divisions exhibiting in one 10×20 booth space. Budget was a big factor. Harmony preferred that the booth looked like one larger company having two divisions.

To accomplish this, Exhibit People’s designers settled on a printed back wall with half for one division and the other half for the other division, dividing the booth yet keeping it on back wall at the same time. Four identical locking rental display cases with sliding access both provided a good amount of display space but also greeting stations where both staff could interact with attendees and products. Harmony felt it was important to have some small rental meeting sets where they could have informal business meetings, so two bar height rental tables with complementing bar height stools were added to the design.

Overall this was a great 10×20 rental solution for Harmony. The rental glass display cases gave a retail look and feel, internal jewelry case lighting enhanced the appearance of the products in the display case and well-designed graphics from Harmony helped make this a great looking 10×20 solution for their CBD oil booth space.

Rental 1674 Mallynas

Mallynas is a successful Las Vegas lash company that sells Lashes and supplies for making eye lashes thicker and fuller. Mallynas frequently holds workshops and lash application classes in their Las Vegas locations. Anna, The owner of Mallynas called one day interested in getting a fun booth design for their upcoming IBS beauty show booth being held in Las Vegas. We’re still not sure if and if Anna found out about us from one of our other rental clients on the show floor or if she found us via a Google search for “rental display companies in Las Vegas”.

Anna referenced a booth we had done for another lash company a year before and she wanted something very similar. Anna is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and we wanted to do our very best to help her have an amazing show. The 10×20 trade show rental booth Anna was referring to had a printed seamless back wall graphic with a 55″ rental TV mounted and set up to receive a live feed from a camera focus on a live demonstration in front of the TV. Under the 55″ rental HD LED TV Anna’s team had brought a massage table and camera used to do live demonstrations in her booth.

At the front edge the booth were three rental glass display cases and a similar size graphic branded rental reception counter, giving the booth a very retail look and feel. Since both companies were in the same business, we only needed to print Mallynas back wall and counter graphics. It was a win-win, especially since the our other client moved up to a 20×20 island trade show booth and was no longer using this 10×20 trade show rental design.

Anna continued to use this same booth for three years in a row. The first year she invested in the entire booth plus the print and graphics. As with all of our clients, we store the printed graphics free of charge until the next year. By reusing graphics and renting the same design, Anna was able to save a good chunk of money.
