Phonexa is a fast growing California based software company specializing in call tracking, call analytics and lead management software systems. Phonexa found Exhibit People by doing a Google search for trade show rental companies in Las Vegas.
The lead management shows that Phonexa attends around the country are generally smaller ballroom shows. But rather than settle for a portable display, Phonexa had the strategy to stand out on the show floor with a custom looking solid substantial rental booth. The main criteria for their rental booth was; two demonstration areas, a reception counter and a main TV to draw attention to a looping video about the company.
Exhibit People designers had the ideal design in mind, one that was currently on our website design ideas library. It was the perfect fit for their criteria, providing a solid custom looking back wall with two 55″ TVs mounted above two locking back wall counters that created the two required rental computer demo stations.
Adding to the custom looking appearance of the booth, a fairly large printed graphic custom rental reception counter promoted the Phonexa brand and greeted attendees, plus offered lots of locking space for brochures and giveaways.
There’s no doubt Phonexa looked like a leader on the show floor. Phonexa has rented this same booth many times for different shows around the country. The printed graphics are theirs as purchased in the first rental and we gladly store them free of charge just like we do for all Exhibit People clients.
