This rental trade show display features a large graphic tower is attached to a private conference room constructed of seamless printed sintra panels and fluted lexan infills. Inside the conference room is a wall mounted HD LED TV for looping videos, a large conference room table with chairs that give plenty of room for meeting with booth visitors and a decorative frosted ceiling for a nice stylish look. Wow do we love this trade show rental display! It features a main graphic tower built of a solid aluminum frame structure hidden behind seamless printed sintra mural panels. It holds a wall mounted HD LED TV and provides plenty of internal storage. The smaller printed graphic rental tower is built the same and offers rental glass shelving for product display. The curved graphic printed headers offer great visibility without the cost of rigging a hanging sign. The rental glass display cases are easily customizable to fit your graphic needs with printed sintra panels and offer a secure place for additional product display. The rental meeting furniture is shown here in white for a nice clean look and the white leather rental lounge furniture offers a comfortable place for networking with booth visitors. The printed graphic rental reception counter also provides lockable storage with an internal shelf and plenty of space to display your company logo or eye catching printed graphic. The plush loop pile rental carpet is one of many standard rental colors that helps this booth stand out and compliment the design. Rental 1327 Sylinx

Silynx is a Virginia-based company well known for the quality of the communication products it markets to the military and first responders. Silynx found Exhibit People by doing a Google search for trade show rental companies in Las Vegas.

Silynx exhibits in the Shot Show each year in Las Vegas where they greet existing clients, show new products and bring on new clients. This was our second rental booth design with Silynx. The first design they used for 2 to 3 years until they felt it was time for a fresh new look in booth configuration and graphics.

The main criteria for this new booth was to bring the products to one central place, organized by category, in a way that attendees visiting the booth could clearly see and understand their product lines and the markets served. We accomplished this with a glass shelving system that mounted in front of the main wall.

Silynx generally has same corner booth location each year and for this new design they wanted to leverage the corner traffic of their booth space. Exhibit People designers placed a stylish smaller custom reception counter at the corner edge of the booth and on the other side opposite below a 65″ smart TV, our designers placed an informal meeting set.

An important requirement for Silynx was storage space so at the back corner of the booth, behind the meeting table, we added a locking storage closet with utility shelving to maximize the use of the storage space. The last feature worth pointing out is the rollable vinyl rental flooring and how it complemented their graphics and helped Silynx booth stand out on the show floor.

Rental 1629 Silynx

Silynx Communications is a Virginia based company specializing in high end communications gear for the military and first responders. Silynx is one of our very long time clients and honestly we can’t remember how we first met Silynx. They probably found us like many of our other clients, by searching Google for trade show company in Las Vegas.

Silynx was not necessarily looking for a trade show rental booth but more of an exhibit house partner willing to work with them for their selection of small shows featuring around the U.S.

Silynx first started with a small 10×10 trade show rental booth space and then quickly grew to a 20×20 booth space with this being the most recent design we have done with them over the years.

If you know the Shot Show in Las Vegas, you may also know that it’s very difficult to get a booth space their so exhibitors tend to stay in the same location for many years. Silynx has had the same 10×20 booth space for at least five years.

For this 10 x 20 trade show rental display design, Silynx wanted something that really presented well with their three product categories. Silynx developed products for the military, first responders and for sportsmen. Shot Show is attended by people from all three of these demographics. Also important to Silynx was a sample size storage closet and a comfortable meeting set.

So with these three requirements of product display, storage closet and meeting set, Exhibit People designers went to work. An additional factor we had to keep in mind was that their booth space was on a corner giving two aisles of access for attendees.

So in most ways the designer served a simple look with the trade show wall and a closet. The one unique solution we incorporated was custom glass product shelving that sat in front of the trade show wall mural with some elements passing through cutouts in the back wall to give the glass shelving proper stability. This way the rental product shelving did not fragment the graphic message but rather blended with and enhanced it.

To complete this design with the right look and feel, we selected one of our smaller curved custom trade show counters that fit the logos and brand colors perfectly with oak looking vinyl trade show flooring for a splash of outdoor atmosphere.

Silynx has used this design for three years and we suspect it will be used longer with possibly only the back wall mural updated for a fresh look.
