Rental 1814 Taag
Taag Genetics is a company based in Chile, South America and a leader in the science of food safety microbiology. Tag found Exhibit People via a Google search for trade show booth rental companies.
Taag had a 10×20 corner booth space reserved for a Louisville Kentucky trade show. Two features were most important to Taag. One was the L-shaped trade show rental counter with branding on the side and front and locking storage underneath. The other important feature was a informal rental lounge meeting area where their management team could meet new prospects while using the back wall TV to step through a presentation on the products and services they provide.
Taag had liked other trade show rental designs on our website that had side return walls, and given the corner booth space, it made sense to explore having one return wall between them and their in-line neighbor. This provided another opportunity for visibility branding facing down the aisle.
Overall Taag’s rental booth was both functional and eye-catching, in part due to the great looking print ready graphic files provided by Taag. We really enjoyed working with this cutting edge South American company.
Great job Taag Genetics!
Rental 1719 Nextgate
Nextgate is a health industry software company and also a great group of people. Exhibit people has worked with Nextgate for the last five years or so, developing rental booth solutions for each of their booth spaces at the HIMMS annual trade show. The healthcare industry is a competitive industry with a lot of very eye-catching booths on the show floor.
Nextgate is a good example of a company utilizing rental to adapt to their changing needs. We have done island trade show rental booths for Nextgate as well as in-line trade show rental booths.
For Nextgate they’ve approached us each year with a fresh set of eyes, evaluating the available booth spaces, the competition and what they had to announce to the industry. For this trade show rental booth, Nextgate had reserved a very nicely located 10×30 booth space. The challenge was, how we would re-purpose their existing graphics to an effective 10×30 trade show rental design?
A day before pulling the trigger on the new smaller booth space, we explored how we could re-purpose some of the graphics from their previous island booth into the new 10×30 space. Fortunately we were able to come up with a solution to re-purpose most of the graphics with the exception of the rental reception counter logo panel.
Nextgate planned to have a speaking panel with two or three speakers answering questions from the Nextgate moderator and also fielding questions from a group of gathering attendees. To accomplish this, Nextgate needed a space that could accommodate the speakers and low seating to accommodate a small number of attendees, planning that others would stand behind the seated attendees. The 10×30 trade show booth space allowed enough space so that this live speaking panel could be happening on the left side of the booth, while the right side with this rental reception counter and this rental computer demo stations was able to greet new attendees and also give one-on-one product demonstrations.
This turned out to be a very nice 10×30 trade show rental booth with a big booth look and feel. In part due to luck, but also in part due to the reconfigurability of Exhibit People’s rental inventory.
Thank you Rich and team for all your input and work to create this very nice booth that reflected your branding beautifully!
Rental 10×20 Foton
Foton is a Hollywood based company providing specialized anamorphic zoom lenses to the film industry. Foton made the decision to exhibit at the 2019 NAB Show in Las Vegas. Their goal was to demonstrate two of their newest zoom lenses and to gain brand awareness in that tight knit Hollywood movie industry.
Budget was a factor but a little more important was an impressive booth. One that reflected the identity of a well-organized well-run lens company. Foton was a super name to work with since the word “Foton” has a nostalgic connection. The first goal was to develop the use of space and the structure where by cameras could be placed at the right distance from models focused on in the demonstration. It was important to photon to have clever lighting in the scene and in the booth since they’re anamorphic lenses have a great effect with lighting.
Foton gets the credit for the pegboard idea behind the printed graphic rental reception counter. This simple euro style of shelving was one the owner of Foton had seen somewhere else and sent us a picture to see if we could duplicate it. Exhibit People’s designers and carpenters went to work and in no time had fabricated pegboard and wood shelves to match just exactly what Fulton wanted. We provided seamless graphic specs to them and their designer came up with a cutting edge, yet nostalgic looking high impact graphic combination.
Overall this is one of our favorite 10×20 rental trade show rental booths so far. It represents what we love to do which is mostly standard components used in new configurations with a splash of custom work so that the end result is a whole lot a booth for a surprisingly low amount of money.
Super job Foton!
Rental 1807 Disguise
Disguise is an International company that produces special hardware and software for the film industry. Disguise found Exhibit People by doing a Google search for trade show rental stands in the USA for their booth space at Cinegear, which was held on a movie a lot at Paramount Pictures in California.
They provided us with a rough design, requesting that we give them a quote to produce, deliver and install their custom tailored rental trade show display. We came back to Disguise with a version of our rental design that was very close to the request. We went to work and made some modifications to fit our standard rental trade show inventory and provided an L-shaped back wall at 10 feet tall that was both stable and strong.
To keep the rental price within budget, we used black sintra where possible, printing only the main front facing upper panels. Disguise had an excellent booth location, right next to an industry partner. Their corner booth space with 10 foot L-shaped rental back wall created a nice synergy between their space and their neighboring partner space.
Disguise was very specific about the size and height of their rental product pedestal that would be featuring their hardware products, so we matched their desired size down to the millimeter! A small bar height meeting set at the front corner completed this inviting design, where Disguise was able to demonstrate their product on the left side and give a hands-on touch and feel demonstration of their server on the right side.
Overall this small booth had a large presence and accurately reflected Disguises experience and capabilities to the film industry.
Rental 1735 Codan
Rental 1786 Camalot
Camelot ITLab is a company that provides custom software solutions using the SAP platform. They specialize in supply chain solutions for businesses. Camelot found Exhibit People by conducting a Google search for trade show rental displays in Orlando. Much of our rental business is in Orlando and we have a limited amount of rental inventory 20 minutes from the Orlando Convention Center.
Camelot had a 10×20 booth space at the SAP Sapphire show in Orlando and was looking for an eye-catching rental booth to promote their SAP specialization. Camelot’s management team was most interested in a backlit solution, which is a particularly good idea for the SAP show because like many shows, SAP chooses to dim the hall lights making booth lighting more impactful.
Camelot was looking for a booth that had a great looking seamless printed rental back wall and a LED touch rental kiosk where they could walk attendees through their workflow process. Our Exhibit People designers went to work and we just so happened to have a great 10×20 backlit back wall in our rental inventory. We have designed and built touch kiosks in the past and using our experience in this developed a complementing kiosk for Camelot’s rental booth. Attendees were able to step up and click through the workflow process as well as case studies from recent project.
Camelot wanted a little more branding associated with the bar height meeting set so they designed and we printed a vinyl graphic which we mounted to the bar height table top during the trade show display install.
Overall, Camelot’s 10×20 trade show rental display booth was a great solution for them. The bold colors help them stand out from the neighboring booths and the inviting layout allowed them to connect with many more attendees.
It was a pleasure working with you Camelot!
Rental 1684 Emplay
Emplay came to us through a design agency who was working with Emplay to launch a new software. Important keys factors were to have seamless back wall graphics that quickly project what the software is and how it works. A 55″ rental TV mounted to the back wall and a front corner rental iPad stand were linked together with AppleTalk for a really interesting and interactive demonstration.
Emplay wanted an inviting and less formal look and feel, which prompted the white leather rental lounge seating and the low back wall credenza for storage. We added a little pop to the booth with this bright green carpet which helped their booth stand out. Overall, with Emplay and their design agency, we were able to create a fun, memorable and professional looking custom tailored trade show rental booth atmosphere in a 10×10 space.
