Rental 1764 Skeletal

Skeletal Dynamics is a company that designs and manufactures bone plates for doctors and hospitals. Skeletal has been a long time client originally buying large hanging signs to go over an existing booth structure. Later they began ordering custom glass display cases with pull out drawers to perfectly display their small bone plates and keep them easily accessible for attendees to touch and feel.

Overtime, as needed, they’ve also rented complete trade show rental booth solutions from us for the smaller shows or when they have a conflict between two shows going on at the same time.

For this booth Skeletal dynamics had reserved a 10×30 booth space at the AAOS medical device show. The management team was very partial to having backlit graphics. In addition to graphic messaging, skeletal dynamics always uses the custom glass display cases we designed and built for them years ago, along with LED TVs to loop videos showing products and medical procedures.

For this 10×30 booth space Exhibit People designers came up with a clever way to join to display cases with a mounted face graphic to create one larger main counter with larger Skeletal branding. This allowed the back wall image to be more focused on product and messaging. For the back wall we used one of our backlit light-boxes as a center focal point and integrated flanking solid white wall sections with LED TVs mounted on both ends. Skeletal had provided the flooring and the display counters, which they own, and the LED TVs which they own, and used in their larger booth.

Exhibit People provided a design to organize this group of components into a balanced custom looking rental solution. Our design, included the back wall with the center light box and the flanking white walls. This is a super example of re-purposing existing booth property while adding trade show rental booth property to make the most of a specific booth size.

Rental 1865 Phonexa

Phonexa is a fast growing California based software company specializing in call tracking, call analytics and lead management software systems. Phonexa found Exhibit People by doing a Google search for trade show rental companies in Las Vegas.

The lead management shows that Phonexa attends around the country are generally smaller ballroom shows. But rather than settle for a portable display, Phonexa had the strategy to stand out on the show floor with a custom looking solid substantial rental booth. The main criteria for their rental booth was; two demonstration areas, a reception counter and a main TV to draw attention to a looping video about the company.

Exhibit People designers had the ideal design in mind, one that was currently on our website design ideas library. It was the perfect fit for their criteria, providing a solid custom looking back wall with two 55″ TVs mounted above two locking back wall counters that created the two required rental computer demo stations.

Adding to the custom looking appearance of the booth, a fairly large printed graphic custom rental reception counter promoted the Phonexa brand and greeted attendees, plus offered lots of locking space for brochures and giveaways.

There’s no doubt Phonexa looked like a leader on the show floor. Phonexa has rented this same booth many times for different shows around the country. The printed graphics are theirs as purchased in the first rental and we gladly store them free of charge just like we do for all Exhibit People clients.

Rental – Classic Booth

Rental 1786 Camalot

Camelot ITLab is a company that provides custom software solutions using the SAP platform. They specialize in supply chain solutions for businesses. Camelot found Exhibit People by conducting a Google search for trade show rental displays in Orlando. Much of our rental business is in Orlando and we have a limited amount of rental inventory 20 minutes from the Orlando Convention Center.

Camelot had a 10×20 booth space at the SAP Sapphire show in Orlando and was looking for an eye-catching rental booth to promote their SAP specialization. Camelot’s management team was most interested in a backlit solution, which is a particularly good idea for the SAP show because like many shows, SAP chooses to dim the hall lights making booth lighting more impactful.

Camelot was looking for a booth that had a great looking seamless printed rental back wall and a LED touch rental kiosk where they could walk attendees through their workflow process. Our Exhibit People designers went to work and we just so happened to have a great 10×20 backlit back wall in our rental inventory. We have designed and built touch kiosks in the past and using our experience in this developed a complementing kiosk for Camelot’s rental booth. Attendees were able to step up and click through the workflow process as well as case studies from recent project.

Camelot wanted a little more branding associated with the bar height meeting set so they designed and we printed a vinyl graphic which we mounted to the bar height table top during the trade show display install.

Overall, Camelot’s 10×20 trade show rental display booth was a great solution for them. The bold colors help them stand out from the neighboring booths and the inviting layout allowed them to connect with many more attendees.

Rental Design 1750

This rental trade show display showcases a great use of space. The huge fabric rental hanging sign gives great visibility. The oversized rental reception counter with its sleek locking doors provides plenty of space for storage and for a company logo or bold graphic. The double sided rental computer demo stations at the front of the booth offers a built in shelf one one side and a built in meeting table on the other. The demo station toward the back features a large wall mounted HD LED TV for looping videos and other content and locking storage with grommet hole for wire management below. The rental white leather lounge rental furniture offers great style while networking and the plush loop pile rental carpet offers comfort for tired feet. The three large, private conference rooms to the back of the booth, built of a solid aluminum frame structure that is hidden by seamless printed sintra mural panels, is an intimate place for larger meetings and the frosted decorative ceilings give a custom feel. The large rental HD LED TVs that are mounted throughout the booth, both inside and outside of the conference rooms, help to relay the booth message in a great way! Rental Design 1804

This rental trade show display features two “L” shaped rental hanging signs that offer visibility from all four sides of the booth. The rental demo kiosk in the center has wall mounted HD LED TVs on all four sides and a custom built ceiling for added style. The eight rental product pedestals offer a great place for branding and the four light boxes with custom built rental base cabinets give this booth a custom look. The bar height meeting tables and stools have a comfortable cushion seat and a modern chrome base finish. The wood look interlocking tile rental flooring has a light wood pattern and gives this booth a nice modern look. Rental Design 1542

This booth offers great visibility without the costs associated with having a hanging sign. The huge seamless graphic header is mounted between two large seamless sintra printed graphic towers that double as custom demo stations. The rental HD LED TVs are wall mounted and the shelves are custom built directly into the towers. The classy white leather rental lounge furniture offers a comfortable place to meet with booth visitors. The sleek curved rental reception counters provide plenty of locking storage and a great opportunity to display your company logo or bold graphic seamlessly. The white plush loop pile rental carpet is one of many standard rental colors that helps this booth stand out and compliment the design. Rental 1333 Vanness

This VanNess trade show rental booth design goes back to 2009. We were trying to phone solicit business at the Super Zoo Pet Show when we first talked with Rod Van Hess.

We can say this now because Rod is truly one of our most favorite clients and we’ve had many conversations over the years on how we first started working together.

Rod was a loyal GES expositions client when we talked with him. He was very reluctant to make a change and I’m not sure how we continued that first conversation. But something was said opened the opportunity for us to provide a competitive quote for comparison, if nothing else.

As Rod tells it, it was probably how Jen on our team handled the near rejection that made him give us a shot. In any case, that shot somehow convinced Rod to give us this rental project for that first show back in 2009.

The things that mattered to Rod then are very much the things that matter to Rod today in terms of his trade show rental booth. Today Rod’s booth is a 20×30 trade show rental display but the key element of today’s booth is the same as it was back in this 10×20 rental booth display.

In 2009 Rod used custom glass display shelving creating a stable, adjustable and nice looking area which was the booths main selling point. And we have to say back in 2009 this was a fairly custom looking rental display.

Rod rented this booth for 3 to 4 years for his Las Vegas Super Zoo trade show booths.

Then after a string of smooth rental experiences, Rod raised the possibility of bidding on his larger Orlando Global Pet trade show display booth and many 20×20 and 20×30 trade show rental booths later, Rod and VanNess are still trusting us.
